THOSE in the market for a new home will be able to use virtual technology to explore their future neighbourhood at a development in Chester.

A VR tour of Deva Green, an Anwyl development located off Clifton Drive, Blacon, will allow prospective buyers the chance to see the finished article while construction of the homes is underway.

Graeme Gibb, sales director for Anwyl Homes Cheshire and North Wales, said: “Our virtual tours help homebuyers to envisage what their new home and community will look like, potentially even before their property has been built.

“The development tour can be viewed on YouTube or, if customers would like to explore a particular plot, they can visit our website or sales office to ‘home in’ on their chosen property.

“Buying off plan gives buyers the flexibility to choose their preferred location and house design on the development, whether that’s a corner plot or perhaps a south facing garden, subject to availability. And with the aid of virtual technology, those buying in advance can have a really good idea of how their home and surrounding properties will look once complete.”

Deva Green will feature 142 homes in a mix of two, three and four-bedroom designs.

The two-bedroom ‘Coxley’ is priced at £249,995 while the three-bedroom semi-detached Snowdon is priced at £294,995.

The Coxley features two double bedrooms with a family bathroom with the Snowdon equipped with an additional master suite on the top floor, complete with en-suite dressing room and a separate shower room.

The development is located a short walk from the Greyhound Retail Park and also within walking distance of Chester city centre.

Two show homes and a sale office are open daily from 10am to 5.30pm.
