A DEVELOPER is preparing to unveil the first homes at its brand-new housing scheme in Cheshire.

The 188-home Maylands Park development, located on Broad Lane, Stapeley, is set to deliver a selection of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom properties of various styles in a hamlet close to the medieval market town of Nantwich.

Maylands Park, developed by David Wilson Homes, is close to Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ schools and independent restaurants close by, plus a beautiful rural setting.

Gavin Powell, sales director at David Wilson Homes North West, said: “Stapeley is an amazing location and Maylands Park will benefit a range of homebuyers with its excellent commuter links and tranquil setting.

“The development has been expertly designed to suit the needs of the modern-day homebuyer with spacious streets, designated green spaces and energy efficient homes. There will be something for everyone and we are looking forward to welcoming prospective buyers to the development when it launches.”

David Wilson Homes is aiming to release its first properties at Maylands Park this autumn from the nearby Kingsbourne development in Nantwich.
