STATHAM Richard 'Rick or Dick' to family and friends peacefully passed away at Countess of Chester Hospital on 23rd February 2024, aged 94 years. Dearly loved Husband of Lucy. Adored Father of Barry, Carol, and Father-in-law of Sonia and David. Cherished Grandfather of Rachel, Claire, and Great-Grandfather of William, Georgia, and Lucy. Cherished Brother of George, William, John, Violet, Patricia, Ethel, Elizabeth, Nellie, and the late Charlie. Much loved Brother-in-law, Uncle, Great-Uncle, and Friend Richard was a long-time member of Ellesmere Port Labour Club, known for jiving the night away with Wife Lucy. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service on Monday 18th March 2024 at St. Thomas Church, Ellesmere Port at 10 a.m., followed by committal at Chester Crematorium. Family flowers only please, however a donation in aid of Alder Hey Children's Hospital or Healing Little Hearts would be gratefully received.
