FIREFIGHTERS responded to reports of a car on fire in Ellesmere Port.
One crew attended to the blaze in Cheshire Oaks Way shortly after 5pm yesterday (Friday, June 26).
Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used a hose reel jet to put out the fire.
The crew also disconnected the car's battery and used a thermal imaging camera to make sure the fire was fully extinguished.
