FIREFIGHTERS were called out to extinguish a car blaze in Ellesmere Port on Sunday afternoon (September 26).
The incident in Broad Birches was reported to the fire service at 4.24pm.
One fire engine from Ellesmere Port was called out to the scene, and the crew saw the car was well alight.
Wearing breathing apparatus, crews used two hose reel jets to put out the flames.
The fire is believed to have been caused by a faulty electrical system.
