FIREFIGHTERS were called out to an evening incident on the outskirts of the city centre.
One fire crew from Chester attended the scene in Sandy Lane at about 7.30pm on Friday, April 26.
A spokesperson for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "A fire involving a bin inside a toilet block was extinguished by firefighters using a hose reel jet.
"The fire is believed to have been started deliberately."
