JOHN "DOC" HOLLIDAY Pattie and family would like to thank everyone for the kind messages of sympathy, condolences and the generous donations in aid of The Hospice of the Good Shepherd from neighbours and friends from home and abroad. Also thanks to those who attended the funeral service and afterwards to celebrate John's life.
