Hull. - David passed away unexpectedly, at home on 3rd July 2017. David will be sadly missed by all his family and those who knew him. The funeral service will take place on 3rd August at 9:45am at All Saints Church, Hoole. Family flowers only, donations would be gratefully accepted, in David's memory, for the Respiratory Care Unit at the Countess of Chester.
