Latham. - Winifred (Win), 12th November, 2017 peacefully at The Countess of Chester Hospital, aged 83 years. Much loved foster daughter of Agnes and Arthur Evans of Handbridge. Win will be very sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service takes place on Tuesday, 5th December, 2017, at Chester Crematorium Chapel at 11.20am.
