Bulmer. - Joan, 25th January 2018. Beloved mother of Norma and Pamela and ever loving wife of Joe (departed). Also cherished companion to David and gracious, kind grandmother and great grandmother. Joan, always in our hearts, was a supportive and inspirational friend to all who knew her. Now safe in God’s keeping. Joan’s Funeral Service will take place at All Saints Church, Hoole, Chester on Tuesday, 20th February at 1.30 pm. Followed by Committal at Blacon Crematorium at 2.40pm.
