Bannister. - Frances Winifred passed away peacefully at Aaron Court Nursing Home on the 23rd August, 2017, aged 93 years. Loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be sadly missed. Family flowers only, if so desired donations to the Hospice of the Good Shepherd. Funeral to be held at Chester Crematorium on Monday, 11th September at 11.20.
