FITZSIMONS. - Thomas James. Passed away peacefully on 17th September, 2017 at the Countess of Chester Hospital, aged 76. Loving husband to Sheila, dad to Debbie, David and Shirley and grandad to Carla, Lewis, Tom, Charlotte, Kris and Josh. Funeral to be held on Thursday, 5th October at Chester Crematorium at 11:20am.
