Neil. - Jack, tragically passed away on 24th September, 2017, aged 22 years. Dearly loved son to Paul Neil and Angela Bailey. Brother to Billy, Charly, Lucas and Tilly. Dear uncle to Jake, Rhys, Tommy and Warren. Loving partner to Fran. Jack will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service on Tuesday, 17th October, 2017 at Chester Crematorium at 2.40pm. Family flowers only please, however a donation in aid of Cancer Research would be gratefully received.
