Phillips. - Paul, passed away peacefully on 24.11.2017 at The Countess of Chester Hospital, aged 69 years. Devoted husband of Val, much loved dad of Matthew and Ian, will be sadly missed by all family and friends. The Funeral Service will take place at Chester Crematorium on Monday, 18th December at 3.20pm. By Paul's request please wear a flower or a colourful item.
