Fitzpatrick. - John 'Jack', peacefully passed away at home on 31st December 2017, aged 66 years with his loving family by his side. Dearly loved husband of Jan. Loving dad to Kevin and Rachel, father-in-law to Steven. Cherished grandad to Harry. Dear brother, uncle and cousin. Jack will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service on Thursday, 18th January 2018 at Our Lady Star of the Sea R.C Church, Ellesmere Port at 2:00 p.m. Followed by Cremation at Chester Crematorium. Family flowers only please, however a donation in aid of Macmillan Nurses would be gratefully received. The Anderson Family have been entrusted with the arrangements.
