Thomas. - Albert, peacefully passed away at The Countess of Chester Hospital on 28th January 2018, aged 79 years. Dearly loved husband to Jean. Loving dad to Raymond and Christine, father-in-law to Tony. Cherished grandad to David, Hazel, Aaron, Chloe and Katie and their partners Kate and Sophie. Great grandad to Carlie, Callum, Pippa, Seth and Athena. Dear brother to Doreen and brother-in-law to Chris. Albert will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service on Tuesday, 20th February at Chester Crematorium at 1:20 p.m. Family flowers only please, however a donation in aid of the Intensive Care Unit at the Countess of Chester Hospital would be gratefully received.
