Grimes. - Constance (Connie), Suddenly but peacefully passed away in hospital on Sunday, 4th February 2018. dearly loved wife of Pat, loving mum to Paul and cherished sister and auntie. Requiem Mass on Wednesday, 21st February at St. Saviours RC church, Great Sutton at 10am. Followed by burial at Overpool Cemetery.
