JOHN A COX MBE 1934 to 18th March 2018 Surrounded by his family, Dad gracefully and peacefully passed away on Sunday night. A loving Father, Gt Grandfather, leaves his wife of near 60 years, Irene, 3 grown-up children, a growing family and many faithful friends. Dad was an admired and much loved 84 yr old who lived in Ellesmere Port since 1965. For over 40 years he gave much of his attention to supporting ex-servicemen and their families, also through his enduring works with several local welfare and mobility orientated charities he was honoured in 1999 with an MBE. Always striving to assist others, he will be sadly missed. Service is at Our Lady's Church, Ellesmere Port on 16th April at 2.00pm, followed by a final blessing at Blacon Crematorium.
