PAUL BLACKALL Passed away on the 30th March 2018 at Countess of Chester Hospital aged 71 years. Beloved Husband to Sandra, much loved Dad to Steven. Funeral to be held on Monday 23rd April 2018 at Blacon Crematorium at 10.40 am. Family flowers only, donations if so desired to Macmillian.
