WILLIAM JAMES PHILPOT (Cockney Billy) 15th May 1957 - 4th April 2018 Sadly passed away, aged 60 years surrounded by his family. Loving Dad to Carla and Lewis. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral service to he held at Chester Crematorium on Thursday 19th April at 09:20 am. A Dad that will be greatly missed. All enquiries to W.
