MOYNA ELIZABETH PRESCOTT Passed away peacefully at the Countess of Chester Hospital on 21st August 2018, aged 84 years. Much loved Mum to Colette, Alison and Chris, Nana to Steven, Nick, Emily, Tom, Adam and Aimee, Great Nana to Rosie and Eryn. Much loved Sister to Colin (late) and David. Reunited with her beloved husband Jack. Service to be held at Chester Crematorium on Tuesday 11th September 2018 at 11.20am.
