IAN SEEL Peacefully passed away at Arrowe Park Hospital on 28th October 2018, aged 54 years. Dearly loved Partner to Loraine, Loving Dad to Keri and Kevin, Step-Dad to Ryan and Kieran. Dear son of Alan, Step-son to Irene. Ian will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service and Committal to take place on Monday 19th November 11:20am at Chester Crematorium. Family flowers only please, however a donation in aid of Arrowe Park Intensive Care Unit would be gratefully received. The Anderson Family have been entrusted with the arrangements.
