JOOST JAN DE JAGER 'Jo' Peacefully passed away at Countess of Chester Hospital on 1st November 2018, aged 78 years. Dearly loved brother to Jan. Jo will be sadly missed by all his family and friends, Nurses and the caring team at Whitby House Care Home. Funeral Service and Committal to take place on Tuesday 13th November at Chester Crematorium at 10:00 a.m. No flowers please, however a donation in aid of Cancer Research would be gratefully received.
