PATRICIA JONES Peacefully passed away at home surrounded by her loving family. Reunited with her late daughter Cathy. Devoted wife to Dave. Loving mother to Jackie, John, Kevin, David, Tricia and Michelle. Mother-in-law to Peter, Denise and Sarah. Auntie to Marie, Tricia, Jimmy & Tony. Much loved Nan to her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Requiem Mass to be held at Our Lady Star of the Sea R.C. Church, Ellesmere Port on Friday 28th December 2018 at 1:30pm followed by committal at Chester Crematorium. Family flowers only please, however a donation in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support would be gratefully received. The Anderson Family have been entrusted with the arrangements.
