LILLIAN PENROSE 'Lily' Peacefully passed away at home surrounded by family on 27th January 2019, aged 87 years. Reunited with her late husband Billy. Dearly loved mum to Susan and Lynne, mother-in-law to Tony and Michael, nan to Tim, Kate, Jenny, Kimberley and Andrew. Lily will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service and committal to take place at Chester Crematorium on Tuesday 5th February at 2:00 p.m. All flowers welcome. The Anderson Family have been entrusted with the arrangements.
