THOMAS DAVID HORNE (Tom) 6th February 2019 Peacefully aged 74 years. Much loved husband of Betty. Loving dad of Amanda, Sue, Jayne and Sarah, a devoted grandad and great grandad. Tom was a member of Chester Liberal and played for their snooker team for many years. Tom will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral service is to take place on Friday 22nd February at 1.20pm at Chester Crematorium Chapel. Family flowers only, donations in aid of Dementia UK would be appreciated.
