GRAHAM HARDY Passed away at the Countess of Chester Hospital on 29th March 2019, aged 78. Dearly loved husband of Anna. Much loved dad of Philip, Laura and Cheryl. Devoted gramps to Ryan, Sophie, Jake and Luke. Graham will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service and Committal to take place on Tuesday 23rd April 2019 at 10:40am.
