ADRIAN JOHN O'BRIEN 'Aidy' Sadly passed away on Monday 20th May at The Countess of Chester Hospital aged 45 years. Dearly loved husband to Vanessa, loving dad to Nathan, Liam and Owen. Brother to David, dearly loved son of Michael and Mary. Aidy will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday 11th June at St John The Evangelist Church at 1pm followed by burial at Mayfields Woodland Remembrance Park. Family flowers only please.
