ALLEN POWELL Allen peacefully passed away at the Countess of Chester Hospital on 27th July 2019, aged 86 years surrounded by his family. Loving Husband to the late Val, together again. Dear Dad to Anita and Stephen. Grandad to James, Daniel, Samuel and Seb. Allen will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Committal to take place Friday 30th August at Chester Crematorium 2:00pm followed by Service of thanksgiving at St Michael's Church C of E, Newtown, Chester at 2:45pm. Green was Allen's favourite colour, so his family have asked for a splash of green to be worn in his memory. Family flowers only please, however a donation in aid of the Hospice of the Good Shepherd would be gratefully received. The Anderson Family have been entrusted with the arrangements.
