CYRIL STEPHENS Cyril passed away peacefully on 30th July 2019 aged 84 years. Dear husband to Dot, a much loved Dad to Chris & Dee, and a cherished Grandad and Great Grandad. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral service is to take place on Wednesday 14th August 2019 2:00pm at Chester Crematorium.
