PENELOPE HELEN CASWELL (Penny) 12th August 2019 Passed away peacefully at the Countess of Chester Hospital aged 43 years. Beloved daughter of Irene and John, sister to Melissa and Matthew and aunt to Tyler. The funeral service is to take place Wedenesday 28th August 2.40pm at Chester Crematorium Chapel.
