ELAINE MARY TODD Peacefully passed away at Grosvenor Villas, Chester on 14th September 2019 Aged 69 years. Elaine will be sadly missed by friends and family. The funeral will take place on 3rd October 2019 at 2.00pm at Chester Crematorium.
