PHYLLIS WILLIAMS Sadly passed away on Wednesday 18th September 2019 in Weatherstone's House Nursing Home at the age of 76. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. The Funeral service is to take place on Wednesday 2nd October 2019 at Chester Crematorium at 12:00 noon. Family flowers only.
