JAMES LOWE (Jim) 10th October 2019 Peacefully in the presence of his loving wife Brenda at Ellesmere Cottage Hospital aged 91 years. Beloved husband, dad and granddad, he will be sadly missed by all. A funeral service will take place on Wednesday 23rd October 2019 at Chester Crematorium at 10.00 am. Donations in Jim's memory will be sent to the Welsh Air Ambulance.
