JOSEPH WILLIAM SMALL "JOE" Peacefully passed away in the arms of his family on 29th November 2019, aged 80 years. A devoted family man who will always be loved by his wife Beryl, brother, children and grandchildren. Joe will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service to take place Thursday 12th December 2019 at St Johns Church, Ellesmere Port at 11:00 a.m. followed by Committal at Chester Crematorium. Family flowers only please, however a donation in aid of Ward 51 at the Countess of Chester would be gratefully received. The family would like to thank the wonderful nurses on Ward 51 and the team at the community nursing team for their dedication and support.
