DAVID JOHN 'JACK' HAMMONDS Peacefully passed away at The Countess of Chester on 13th December 2019, aged 82. Dearly loved Dad to Stephen and Jane. Cherished Grandad to Vanessa, Emily, Matthew and his future Grandson-in-law Gavin. Great Grandad to Amy-Lou, Jacob, Luna and Myles. Jack will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service and committal to take place on Friday 10th January 2020 at Chester Crematorium at 10:00 a.m. Family flowers only please, however a donation in aid of Henny Moore The Ace Club would be gratefully received.
