KEITH PROCTOR Passed away in the Countess of Chester Hospital on Sunday 19th January 2020 aged 67 years. A dearly loved husband, dad, granddad and great-granddad. Funeral service to take place at All Saints Church Hoole, Chester on Wednesday 12th February at 2:15pm followed by committal at Chester Crematorium, Blacon. Family flowers only but donations in Keith's memory will be forwarded to R Charity (the Royal and Broad Green University Hospital) 2. The Countess Charity (Countess of Chester Hospital) 3.
