WILLIAM DAGNALL (Bill) Passed peacefully away on 29th January, 2020 at The Countess of Chester Hospital aged 90 years. Beloved husband of the late Joan, much loved dad, grandad and great grandad. Sadly missed by his family and friends. Funeral to take place at Blacon Crematorium on Friday 21st February, at 2pm. Family flowers only please, donations to Countess of Chester Ward 47 AMU Unit.
