JEAN HACKETT LOWE Peacefully passed away at Countess of Chester hospital on the 17th February 2020 Jean was the much loved mother to Simon, Martin and David Lowe. Jean will be sadly missed by her family and friends. The funeral will be held at the Blacon crematorium Chester at 12:40 on the 2nd March.
