HILDA ANNE ARTELL "ANNE" Passed away peacefully at home on 26th February 2020, aged 78 years. Beloved Mum to Alan & Beverley, adored Nan and Great Nan and much loved by all of her family & friends. The service will take place at Chester Crematorium on Monday 16th March at 12.40pm, all attending are requested to wear bright colours. Family flowers only please but donations if so desired will be gratefully received for The Baby Grow Appeal at The Countess of Chester Hospital. All enquiries to W.
