BROOKS Francis Edward 'Frank' peacefully passed away at the Cottage Hospital on 8tb April 2020, aged 84 years. Formerly of The Galaxy Shop by Cemetery Gates, Overpool Road and Whetstone Hey Newsagent. Loving Husband to Irene, Dad to Elaine and Russell, Father-in-law to Dave and Jo. Grandad to Helen, Emma, Michael, Kate, Rebecca, Callum and Aimee. Great Grandad to his three great Grandchildren. Frank will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. A private family service will take place at Chester Crematorium. Family flowers only please, however a donation in aid of Dementia Awareness would be gratefully received.
