IAN CARTER Peacefully passed away at the Countess of Chester Hospital on 15th June 2021, aged 71 years. Dearly loved Husband to Moira, loving Dad to Gareth and Neil ,Grandad to Isabella, Lottie, Brendan and Jade. Ian will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service and Committal to take place on Thursday 8th July 2021 at Chester Crematorium at 3:20 p.m. Family flowers only please, however a donation in aid of The British Heart Foundation would be gratefully received.
