WINIFRED RUTH TALBOT 'Ruth' Peacefully passed away at The Countess of Chester Hospital on the 27th June 2021, aged 83 years. Dearly loved Wife to Steve. Cherished Mum to Julie, Simon and Mark. Mother-in-Law to Sam and Cath. Ruth will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service and Committal to take place Tuesday 20th July 3:20pm at Chester Crematorium. Family flowers only please, however a donation in aid of Dementia UK and PDSA would be gratefully received. The Anderson Family have been entrusted with the arrangements. My deep & sincere condolences to Steve & to my cousins, Julie, Simon & Mark & their families. I was very sad to read about the death of Auntie Ruth in the paper. Ruth’s twin sister, Barbara & her husband Brian were also so very saddened to learn the news this way.
