JOAN GRIFFITHS (Née Close) Passed away peacefully in her sleep on 9th July. Beloved wife of the late Derrick. Loving Mum to Janys, Andrew & Dawn, Vivien and Stephen & Valerie, Gran to Ian, David, Michael, Thomas, Matthew, Kate, Sarah, James, Melissa, Adam, Jennifer and Nathan. Gran-Gran to Grace, Jack, Eli, Ben, Tom, Ruby, Milo, Skye, Riley, Charlotte, Xander and Jackson. Joan grew up in Handbridge and taught at Great Sutton and Cherry Grove before moving to Tarvin and then on to Rugby in 1963. The funeral will take place at St Botolph's church, Newbold-on-Avon, Rugby on Wednesday, 28th July at 12:45pm No flowers please.
