CUMPSTY Jeff In loving memory of CUMPSTY Jeff who sadly passed away at the Countess of Chester Hospital on 22nd October 2021 aged 75 years. Beloved Husband and Father. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday 16th November at Chester Crematorium at 10:40am. In lieu of flowers, donations are to go to British Heart Foundation and Stroke Association UK.

Sad to see Jeff had passed away. Knew him as a football Referee and bumped into Jeff and his wife in Portugal on holiday. Always a good chat when I saw him and sadly missed.
