GREENWOOD Peter Peter passed away peacefully on 30 November in Kendal at the age of 97. Former Chester FC player and Lancashire County CC, nearly got his century. Much loved dad, grandad and great grandad will be greatly missed.

Very sad to hear of Peters passing. I never had the pleasure of playing Cricket with Peter at CCOCC but heard so much about him and often chatted with him and Mrs Greenwood who remembered me from Dee Point School where she was school secretary. A lovely couple.
