LEWIS Jean In loving memory of Jean Lewis ( Nee Evans ) who peacefully passed away at the Acorn Manor Nursing Home on 8th February aged 84 years. Surrounded by her family. Beloved wife to Kevin, mum to Caron & Linda, mother-in-law to David & Stephen, Grandma to Chloe,Ryan,Laura & Jess, Great grandma to Jake,Connor&Harry. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday 8th March,Chester Crematorium at 10.40am Family flowers only donations to The Alzheimer's Society
