ROSE LILIAN BOWEN Peacefully passed away at Whitby House Care Home on 31st October 2022 aged 90 years. Cherished Aunt of Lesley, Tony, David and their families. Rose was the first policewoman in Cheshire to take charge of a beat in Ellesmere Port. A private burial has taken place for Rose at Overpool Cemetery, she is buried along with her late parents Ernest and Millie Bowen. A Memorial Service is to take place at Ellesmere Port Kingdom Hall, Coronation Road, CH65 9AA on Saturday 19th November 2022 at 12 noon. The Anderson Family were entrusted with the arrangements.
