THOMAS WILLIAM HORNSBY 'Tom' Tom peacefully passed away at Home on 29th December 2022, aged 70 years. Dearly loved Partner of Jan. Dear Father to Thomas, Nicholas, Nicola and Lisa. Cherished Grandad Tom to Billy and Laila. Tom will be greatly missed by all his family, friends and his beloved dog, Teddy. A Funeral Service and Committal will be held for Tom on Friday 27th January 2023 at Chester Crematorium at 10:40 a.m. Family flowers only please, however a donation in aid of Clatterbridge Cancer Charity would be gratefully received.
