KURZ Rita Joan Peacefully passed away at The Countess of Chester Hospital on 2nd June 2023, aged 92 years. Reunited with Frank Smyth, Frank McCann and Eddie Kurz. Adored mother of David, Kevin, Sarah, and stepmother to Teresa and Susan. Cherished mother-in-law to Angela, Patricia, Jim, Chris, and the late Iain and Joan. Beloved grandmother to Beverley, Rebecca, Fraser, Amy, Alex, Stuart, Martin, Claire, and great -grandmother to Oliver, Hannah, Nathan, Ben, Dylan, Isabella. Much loved sister of Derek, and sister-in-law to Malcolm and Kathleen. Loved aunt and great aunt. Rita was the area secretary for The Royal British Legion Little Sutton Women's Section as well as for County. Rita’s family ask mourners come dressed for a party in colours of their choosing. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service to be held on Wednesday 28th June 2023 at Chester Crematorium at 10 a.m. Family flowers only please, however a donation in aid of Dementia U.K. would be gratefully received.
